Shipping
During checkout, you can select between a few different shipping options, such as the following:
- USPS First Class (3-6 Days)
- USPS Priority (2-3 Days)
- USPS Express (1-2 Days)
-International shipping only to the United Kingdom, Australia*, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan** ($35 Flat Rate – times vary based on country)
We do not ship on weekends. Orders typically ship out the next day, however, in some cases it may be 2-3 business days. Keep an eye out for an email with your tracking information!
If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, you are welcome to email or call us during our office hours.
*if a product can not be shipped to your state it will be noted in the item.
Returns
We take the quality of our various products very seriously. Due to the nature of these products, there are limitations to what can be returned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. We try to be generous with this refund policy, however, there are some exceptions. Orders containing a 10-gram tube of our pure concentrate oils or 4+ of the same product are not eligible for a refund as we consider bulk orders to mean you have already tried and are comfortable with that product. On orders that are eligible for a refund, the customer may be required to return the product and must pay for the return shipping. US Hemp Wholesale is not responsible and will not issue refunds for any lost or stolen goods. US Hemp Wholesale is also not responsible and will not issue refunds for international shipments that are lost or taken by customs.
